I have to admit, I knew next to nothing about AFL, when I was given the job of creating the promo look for the 2011 season, which is very un-Aussie of me. However, I was up to the challenge of presenting it with fresh eyes, and I was very inspired by the amazing design of Disney's 'Tron' at the time. I created holographic neon fields and wireframe footballs for the look, and coupled with narration by Eric Banner as our voice over artist, the result felt larger-than-life!
